  • Delivery address;

  • Contact phone number by which we could inform you about the delivery of your goods or clarify contact information (optional);

  • Desired terms for receiving the goods (will be adjusted taking into account the delivery address and the availability of the goods in the warehouse);

  • Desirable method of payment for the goods.

Payment methods for goods

Payment for the goods at your request can be made through:

  • Cash payment - payment in cash after receiving the goods (ATTENTION! Only for delivery in St. Petersburg within the ring road);

  • Cashless settlement - the method of cashless settlement must be indicated in the "Notes and special requests" field when filling out the order form, otherwise it will be specified when processing the order:

Visa, MasterCard and MIR payment systems are accepted for payment.

Return policy

When paying by cards, cash refunds are not allowed. The refund procedure is governed by the rules of international payment systems.

The procedure for returning goods is regulated by Article 26.1 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

  • The consumer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before its transfer, and after the transfer of the goods - within seven days;

Delivery methods
